Introduction
I am not part of a large company so therefore can offer a reliable and cost effective service as overheads are minimal. I predominately work as an individual however I will partner one or more equally professional and reliable electricians for larger jobs.
My aim is to provide a reliable, personal, and professional service. No job is too small or too much bother.
I do not charge callout fees and do not have a minimum charge. I simply charge on an hourly rate. This means that small jobs will not cost you a small fortune. My rates are fully detailed under the Rates tab on the left.
I am fully qualified for installation, changes, faultfinding, certification & testing. This includes Periodic (Safety) Inspections. Part P Building Regulation requirements are also adhered to and relevant notifications made. For Part P work my work is verified and monitored by ELECSA and Commercial & Industrial by ECA.
As required by the BS7671 Regulations (17th Edition 2008), I always issue certification of work done, which includes test results. This verifies that the work done is fit for purpose, works, and is tested to be safe giving you peace of mind. It also verifies that the work has been completed by a competent electrician and forms part of your house selling documentation. Where required, work is also registered under Building Regulations Part P.
